Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and ready to begin this journey. This course is designed to support you in creating real, lasting change—healing that doesn’t just fade after a quick protocol, but stays with you for the long term with tools you can use forever.
Here’s how it’s structured: you’ll move through nine core modules at your own pace, each one building on the last, giving you practical tools, practices and insights and context as to why I recommend certain things. Alongside these, we’ll have two live calls each month where we can connect more deeply and you can submit any questions within the community platform ideally no later than 6 hours before our scheduled call for me to dive into. The zoom link will always be the same. If you cannot make the call live calls they will all be recorded and added to the Kajabi course under the secondary course that will have the month and year you started your cohort. Once a month a live workshop or talk with a guest facilitator. You’ll find the schedule in the kajabi community and the recordings in the kajabi course itself.
Now, the name of the game here is long-term integration. These modules are not meant to be rushed or to overwhelm you. Ideally, you’ll spend one to two weeks—or more—with each module so you can fully digest the information and implement the practices. If you try to binge it all at once, you won’t absorb it, and it can quickly feel overwhelming. That’s counterproductive. We’re building strong foundations that will set you up for lasting success. When your body is resourced and supported, detoxification and repair become far more effective. There will be a fair amount of information in each module and i really encourage you to listen to how your body responds while I speak to take what resonates with you and leave the rest for now. You may feel pressure to try and remember it all or understand it all but as you listen, relax your body and be present and trust you’re taking in the parts you need to - you can always refer to the pdf guides that I have created for every single video if you prefer to read information.
This isn’t about perfection. Any small change you make will add up over time. The biggest impact always comes from prioritising the basic foundations that i will go over, like quality sleep, nervous system support, real food and daily movement.
There are four core principles guiding this course:
First, healthy habit forming. We’re starting from the ground up, building sustainable practices step by step until they become second nature. Healing chronic issues and symptoms doesn’t work the same way as healing a cold. It’s not linear—it happens in leaps and spurts. Your body has its own internal order of operations. So we stay consistent, trust the process, and know that even when symptoms shift unexpectedly, or you feel you are going backwards, healing is unfolding. Often when we bring safety to the body we can feel better for a bit but then feel worse and this can be because your body now feels resourced enough to start detoxing naturally and for us to feel what needs to be felt.
Second, tuning in and listening to your body. This is about rebuilding trust with yourself. By the end of this course, my hope is that you’ll feel more deeply connected with your body—able to listen, respond, and honour what it needs with grounded intuition.
Third, remembering that you are the healer. I’m here to guide and provide the framework, but you are the one doing the work. You will only get out what you put in—and that’s a beautiful thing, because it puts your power back in your hands. If a practice doesn’t feel right for you, don’t force yourself to do something you’re either not ready for or just doesn’t work for you right now. I will give many options for things to cover different types of situations and preferences. You are the expert of your own body.
And fourth, the root cause approach. Healing happens on multiple levels—physical, emotional, mental, energetic, and environmental. For some people, it’s a huge parasite overgrowth and heavy metal toxicity, mold toxicity or deep nutrient deficiencies. For others, it’s trauma, chronic stress, or toxic environments and relationships. Often, it’s a mix of them all. True healing is about identifying your unique root causes, supporting your body across these layers, and doing it in a way that’s sustainable and freeing—not rooted in fear or hypervigilance.
Because here’s the truth: your nervous system doesn’t know the difference between fearing mold or a type of food and fleeing a predator. Chronic fear keeps us stuck in survival mode. True healing is about embracing nuance, releasing rigid patterns, and learning to live, love, and thrive—even while on your healing path.

- Be sure to download Kajabi and Community Kajabi appwhere you can connect with me and others on this journey. Some of you may want to listen to modules on your daily walks rather than sit down and watch them. We all have different styles of learning.
- There’s a full list of recommended items and supplements available to refer back to as you go through this course and learn. But please don’t rush to buy things—supplements and tools are not necessarily “the more, the better.” especially if you get overwhelmed easily. Don’t buy supplements without going through some of the modules first.
